Steps to Measure Your Foot Length

  1. Position yourself with your heel against a wall and place a measuring tape beneath your feet.
  2. Take note of the foot length measurement in millimeters, stopping just before your longest toe.
  3. If your measurement falls between two sizes, opt for the larger size, as feet tend to expand slightly when bearing weight.

The sizes are approximate, and there may be slight variations in the actual product due to the natural characteristics of cork generally few mm.

DE LAASO recommended gap ~

  1. Approximately 5 mm (about 1/4 inch) of space behind the heel.
  2. Approximately 10 mm (about 1/2 inch) of space in front of the longest toe.
