Order Cancellation by Customer

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers will be directed to our return policy for further information.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled by de laaso, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid, including any applicable shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
