De laaso is committed to providing customers with a positive shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to cancel any offer or order at any time for any reason.

- Suspicious Activity: If we suspect fraudulent activity associated with an order, we may cancel the order and investigate further.
- Order Modifications: We may cancel orders that are significantly modified after they are placed (e.g., changes to size, color, or quantity after the order has been processed).
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their orders within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting De Laaso customer service at +48 739 454 535 or pvtdelaaso@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers will be directed to our return policy for further information.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled by de laaso, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid, including any applicable shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
